All payments to Cyn City Chic are made through Pay Pal so you can rest assured that your financial information is protected by a secure site.

Sales Tax:

Cyn City Chic is required by law to charge sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of Florida. Tax will not be applied to any other state. At this time we ship domestically only.

Return Policy:

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but in the event you are not pleased for any reason you may return the item in its original box within 30 days for a full refund.

Warranty:

Customer satisfaction is our greatest desire. If our jewelry should break for any reason within a 6 month period, simply return all available parts and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. In the event a missing part is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss various options.
